I'm VP of Growth Marketing at Operata ? a CX Observability platform that helps enterprise contact centres see and improve every customer interaction in real time. Operata recently closed a Series A valuing the company at over $100M, with clients including four of the top 10 global software companies.
I've spent 8+ years building and scaling go-to-market functions at B2B SaaS companies ? across demand gen, ABM, partner-led growth, marketing ops, and sales enablement. Most of my career has been at early-to-growth-stage startups, which means building the engine, not just running it.
Outside of work, I'm genuinely interested in how AI is reshaping marketing ? both as a practitioner using it daily and as someone thinking through the longer-term implications for teams and GTM strategy.
I've been an early and active adopter of AI tools in my marketing work. For me, AI isn't about replacing strategy ? it's about getting from insight to execution faster, and spending more time on the work that actually requires human judgment.
Day to day I use AI for first drafts of long-form content, synthesising research and customer call transcripts, building competitive intelligence, and prototyping campaigns before scaling them. I've also used it to build lightweight internal tools that previously required engineering support.
I'm particularly interested in how AI changes demand gen ? especially the shift from volume-based outbound to signal-led, intent-driven GTM motions. The dark funnel is getting more interesting, not less.
